Stopped in on my lunch break to get vape juice and a new pack of coils, and the worker put a sign on the window that he would be back in ten, it’s inconvenient but he probably needed lunch, I reckon there should be more staff, but that being said I know how difficult it can be finding a team during these times

Neat little vape store. All products on display, easy to see. Friendly staff. Situated amongst a bunch of other stores in a small newly built retail complex. Plenty of parking. I usually order online to pick up. Pro tip: use live chat on website for product availability at your chosen store to ensure same day click & collect.

Love this store!! Good range of no nicotine juice... Always great customer service from Harshi... thanks to her knowledge me and my husband have now completely stopped smoking and stopped using nicotine too!! Would recommend to everyone to visit the store.

Such great service from the second you walk into the store! its a shame i didn't get the name of one of the staff members who helped me- i would've definitely given him a shoutout! Went here after going to one of their other branches in Hamilton, and the level of service at Albany is hands down the best! will be going back here from now on not just for the service alone, also for the varied product range they carry.
