I have both the silicone and this plastic stand. This is the better model in my opinion, as it has a snug fit, you hear an audible click, and it always maintains its shape. The silicone one gets loose and if it is not seated squarely, it will tip over – so if you have a glass adapter or aftermarket cooling system it may get damaged because it may already be too heavy.
